Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the Glyphi application ("the App") handles user information.
What data we collect
None. Kaomi does not collect, store or transmit any personal data. The app does not require registration, sign-in, or user accounts.
Internet usage
Kaomi works primarily offline. The App only connects to the internet for:
1. In-App Purchases — when you buy Kaomi Pro, the request is processed through Apple's StoreKit. The developer does not see or store your payment details.
2. Restore Purchases — when you tap "Restore Purchase", the App contacts the App Store to verify your previous purchase.

All payment processing is handled by Apple. The developer never receives your credit card information, Apple ID password, or any personal payment details.
Local data storage
User settings (favorites, custom kaomoji, preferences) are stored locally on your device using the standard macOS storage (UserDefaults and Application Support directory).

This data:
- is not transmitted to our servers
- is not shared with third parties - is accessible only to you
- is removed when you uninstall the app
Analytics and tracking
The app does not use any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs or tracking systems. Apple may collect anonymized installation statistics through the App Store, which is not under the developer's control.
Children
The app is not specifically designed for children under 13, but it is safe for users of any age, as it does not collect any data.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
If this Privacy Policy is updated, the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
