Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the Metrica application ("the App") handles user information.
What data we collect
None. Metrica does not collect, store or transmit any personal data. The app runs completely offline and does not require registration, sign-in or an internet connection.
Local data storage
User preferences (selected unit categories, favorite conversions, recent values, interface settings, theme, etc.) are stored locally on your device using the standard macOS storage (UserDefaults).

This data:
- is not transmitted to our servers
- is not shared with third parties
- is accessible only to you
- is removed when you uninstall the app
Analytics and tracking
The app does not use any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs or tracking systems. Apple may collect anonymized installation statistics through the App Store, but this data is not accessible to the developer in a personally identifiable form.
In-App Purchases
If you purchase Metrica Pro, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Metrica does not see, store, or transmit your payment details. The app only receives an anonymous receipt from Apple confirming the purchase, which is validated locally on your device.

Refunds for Metrica Pro are handled by Apple, not by the developer. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Permissions
Metrica does not request access to:
- Your camera, microphone, or location -
Your files, documents, or photos
- Your contacts, calendar, or other personal data
- The network or internet

The app runs in a sandboxed environment with no special system permissions.

Children
Metrica does not collect any data, and therefore does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The app is safe for use by all ages.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
If this Privacy Policy is updated, the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
