What data we collect

None. Resizer does not collect, store or transmit any personal data. The app runs completely offline and does not require registration, sign-in or an internet connection.

Use of file access

Resizer needs access only to the images you choose to work with:

1. File selection — the app reads the images you drop in or open through the standard macOS file dialog.
2. Save / export — the app writes converted or resized images only to the folder you've selected.

Important to understand:

• Resizer does NOT scan your disk or read files you haven't selected
• Only the images you explicitly add are processed
• Image contents are never uploaded or transmitted to the internet
• All conversion and resizing happen locally on your device

Depending on your settings, originals are kept or overwritten only in the folders you authorized

Local data storage

User settings (selected export format, quality, maximum dimensions, naming pattern, default preset, theme, language, etc.) are stored locally on your device using the standard macOS storage (UserDefaults). This data:

• is not transmitted to our servers
• is not shared with third parties
• is accessible only to you
• is removed when you uninstall the app

Purchases

Resizer Pro is an optional one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple. The App does not receive or store your payment details. Purchase validation and Family Sharing are handled entirely by Apple's App Store systems.

Analytics and tracking

The app does not use any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs or tracking systems. Apple may collect anonymized installation statistics through the App Store, which is not under the developer's control.

Children

The app is not specifically designed for children under 13, but it is safe for users of any age, as it does not collect any data.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

If this Privacy Policy is updated, the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
